At The Good Build, we stand behind every system that leaves our bench.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from delivery or pickup to return your PC for a full refund.
- System must be in the same condition received — no physical damage or unauthorized modifications.
- All original accessories, cables, and packaging must be included.
- Contact us within 30 days to initiate.
For shipped orders, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect on our end.
Defective or Damaged on Arrival
If your PC arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We'll cover return shipping and repair, replace, or fully refund at your choice. Please photograph any shipping damage before opening.
Ongoing Tech Support
After the warranty window, we don't disappear. Free ongoing technical support for every system — driver issues, component troubleshooting, upgrade advice. We're here to help.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many components carry their own manufacturer warranty. We'll help you identify coverage and navigate claims if needed.
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage after delivery (drops, spills, power surges)
- Software issues unrelated to our installation
- Modifications by someone other than The Good Build
- Normal wear and tear
